Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Pulido Car Care collects through this website, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have under the State of Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.
1. Who we are
This website, pcc.qa, is operated by Pulido Car Care Distribution (“Pulido Car Care”, “we”, “us”), a distributor of automotive protection products based in the State of Qatar. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your full name, mobile number, and — only if you choose to provide them — your email address and message. We also record that you agreed to this policy and when. We ask only for what we need to reply to you.
If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share there.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited period under the provider’s own policies.
- Analytics, only if you accept. With your consent we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page viewed, the referring site, your approximate location (country or city), and your device, operating system and browser type. It uses no cookies, does not identify you, and discards the anonymous visitor identifier within 24 hours. Reports are aggregated.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it

We will not use your details for marketing unless you have given us your prior, separate consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Vercel — hosts this website and, if you consent, provides the analytics.
- Resend — delivers the contact-form message to our inbox.
- Google Workspace — hosts our business email, where your enquiry is received.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then applies.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a competent authority in Qatar.
5. International transfers
Our service providers operate international infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside Qatar, including in the United States and Asia. We choose established providers and share only what each needs to provide its service.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner — see section 8.
7. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, with strict browser security headers. Form submissions are validated and filtered for spam, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under Qatar’s data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- stop processing your data, or withdraw a consent you have given;
- tell you how and why your data is being processed.
To make a request, email Info@pcc.qa. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond without undue delay. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the competent authority in Qatar — the National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs at the National Cyber Security Agency.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set any cookies. It stores one small value in your browser’s local storage (pcc-consent-v1) to remember your analytics choice, so we don’t ask you on every visit. That value stays on your device and is not sent to us.

10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
